Director Sam Nunberg's Interviews on The Sourceby Sam Nunberg • Sep 28, 2012 at 7:58 pm https://www.legal-project.org/blog/2012/09/director-sam-nunberg-interviews-on-the-source
Last week, The Legal Project's (LP) Director Sam Nunberg appeared on The Source, a cable show for the SUN News Network hosted by Ezra Levant for two separate interviews. In the first interview, the topic was LP's filing on behalf of Ernest 'The Zombie Mohammed' Perce V's with the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board requesting a formal investigation in order to remove Cumberland Magisterial Judge Mark W. Martin from the bench for his unconstitutional ruling in which he dismissed charges against Talaag Elbayomy based on Sharia anti-blasphemy laws. Both Ezra Levant and Director Nunberg agreed that unless Judge Martin is removed from the bench for his misconduct, there will be more incidents like this where the blasphemy rules of Islam are enforced within the United States. The following is the interview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nv5q1FelNDc In the second interview Director Nunberg discussed LP's recent court victory over the National Iranian American Council (NIAC) in having the defamation suit brought by NIAC and its President Trita Parsi against Seid Hassan Daioleslam, editor of the English Iranian Lobby website, dismissed in the Federal District Court of Columbia. Director Nunberg also explained that the decision found Parsi to have been violation of discovery phase of the litigation which will result in a hefty monetary penalty being ordered by the court. Director Nunberg also pointed out that this predatory lawsuit was the impetus for Sen. Jon Kyl (R-AZ) to introduce the 'Free Press Act' to the Senate Judiciary which will provide defendants in Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation with remedies in the federal court system to have these type of lawsuits dismissed. The interview concluded with Mr. Levant and Director Nunberg discussing the unsettling trend of many in liberal intelligentsia endorsing the silencing of speech of Islamic related topics and how this could ultimately lead to the United States criminalizing speech deemed offensive to Muslims.
