A Swedish prosecutor on Tuesday charged four Muslim men with reported ties to the Somali Islamist movement Shebab for planning murder, overturning an earlier terrorism charge.
Agneta Hilding Qvarnstroem, the prosecutor at a court in the second city of Gothenburg, said the four men, arrested late Saturday, should be charged with "preparing to commit murder", according to court documents seen by AFP.
